Meet with Teddy

Use the first real conversation to identify the problems that are most urgent and what “better” should look like.

Step 3

Intake session

If the fit is right, intake covers history, current pain points, and the structure of the work ahead.

Step 4

Begin active sessions

TEAM-CBT work focuses on skill-building, thought patterns, accountability, and practical tools that can be used outside session.

Step 5

Relapse preparation and discharge

The goal is not dependency. Later work centers on independence, maintenance, and making gains hold up in ordinary life.
